THE INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CRIME INVESTIGATORS COLLEGE

RESOURCES -RECENT PUBLICATIONS

Calls for minimal disruption and strong IP rights protection, laying out core principles and recommendations as the Brexit negotiations proceed. 

More than 100 brand protection professionals, most of whom were first-time participants, attended the 2017 A-CAPP Center Brand Protection Strategy Summit. Summit themes included partnerships, return on investment, and e-commerce.

Measuring the value of brand protection is a significant challenge. A-CAPP Center researchers are researching companies’ allocation of resources to brand protection, and how they can better understand the value of brand protection. Their research focuses on adapting the cost of quality model to brand protection.

This publication summarizes presentations, discussions, and for the summit themes of partnerships, return on investment, and e-commerce. Each section also contains a list with links to related A-CAPP Center resources.
